Every year Gene17Kayaking´s highly qualified guides and coaches offer professional clinics where you have the opportunity to really improve your paddling. There are 2 options, dial up your paddling on the Sjoa Play Run and develop your dynamic skills on the Åsengjuvet with the Progressive Clinic, see dates below. Meet at 0900 Strie Strømmer, for a 3-4 hours clinic, for 1000kr per paddler payment by VIPPS….if you don not have VIPPS, we’ll find another solution for payment.

Sjoa Play Run – 14th July & 16th July 2027

  • Sjoa play run Clinic during the Sjoa River Festival Norway. Starting at Skinnarberget to warm up for the run down the play run, building on from fundamentals to create dynamic and fun lines. Meet at 0900 Strie Strømmer.

Progressive Sjoa (Åseng) – 13th July & 15th July 2027

  • Progressive Sjoa Clinic during the Sjoa River Festival Norway. A run down Åseng Canyon, focusing on dynamic kayaking and fun lines one of the best river sections in Norway. Meet at 0900 Strie Strømmer.
